“Wow! 100% impressed! This was not the first time I’ve gone to Rebecca for my baked good needs, and it will certainly not be the last. My first occasion using her talents, she made my son’s high school graduation cake. I showed her some ideas I was thinking of. She was professional and thorough as we worked through the ideas together and with her amazing talent, she made it a reality. It was gorgeous and delicious. Rebecca has been my “go-to” multiple times for any and all pies I’ve needed over the last couple of years. Once you’ve had one of these pies, you will never go anywhere else. I just can’t say enough about how amazing they are. Most recently, I ordered a couple dozen Easter egg cookies for an event. They were individually wrapped. The comment we got the most was that “these are too beautiful to eat!” But, we got over that quick and devoured them. "As an original member of the Farmhouse Sweets pie of the month club, I am uniquely positioned to say — Holy cow, Rebecca can bake!! And not just pies, but the whole gamut of baked confections. I’ve eaten and baked a lot of pies. But honestly, None have consistently held up to Rebecca‘s. Baking is both science and art and Rebecca truly has a gift for it. Her crusts are always perfect. Her fillings always ideally spiced and textured. My favorite food, not my favorite pie, my favorite food, is her Keylime pie. Her apple crumb is a close second. And don’t even get me started on the cranberry pear. I just had a slice of this month’s selection. Shoo-fly Pie is usually not for the faint of heart, but Rebecca‘s touch made it great. Again, a perfect flaky crust, and the toned down and puffed up filling was far better than the original Pennsylvania Dutch article. Rebecca also provided a lot of the baked goods for my son Kirby’s wedding to the irrepressible Sonya this past fall. Her linzer tarts and hand pies were hand-in-hand with the wedding cake.
